• The Roche LightCycler 480-II/384 PCR instrument passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
• Tested connection to software: PASSED
• Tested initialization: PASSED
• Self-tests: PASSED
• Tested tray holder/door: PASSED
• The heating function is operational. Further testing requires Roche Multiwell plates and test samples or standards.
